Serve was good however my wife had to wait nearly 3 hours for an oil and filter change and tire rotation for our vehicle we just bought new from your store. She arrived at 10:30 and didn’t leave until after 1:00. We will definitely be doing our business elsewhere due to the amount of time wasted waiting on an oil change.

I was very pleased with the sales staff that I worked with. I was told the price of the vehicle was the advertised price on the website. When the deal was done in finance the price of the vehicle went up $1000. I and my wife signed all of the paperwork and I did not realize this until I got the tag. When I talked with the sales person I was told that I would have to meet with the Finance person who told me the advertised price included stuff that was not shown in the discount. All dealers did this in the GM district they were in. When I went on other dealers websites this was not the way they advertised. I signed all of the paperwork so I was stuck with the deal and I am okay with this but if I ever did anything at this dealership I would definitely read all paperwork. Do not trust what they tell you.

The dealership was short on technicians due to GM requiring them to send some of them to other dealership for some type of training. Due to this my car was at the dealership for about five business days. This was no fault of the service department and I feel they did as well as they could.

My car was showing a check engine light. I took it in. They told me it was a condenser. They put in a new one. It still was not working, so they changed the compressor. Eighteen hundred dollars later, my air conditioner barely works in my car! When I bought my car, I paid over $2,000 for an extended warranty, which mysteriously went out at 85,000 miles. So, NOTHING was covered. Unfortunately, I will never purchase another Buick. I have always been a loyal GM customer because my husband (and I) both worked there, but I will look elsewhere when I trade. I am not happy with the results of the work on my car, but I cannot afford to take it back in and risk being charged another outrageous price for a less than satisfactory job.

I have been using Bramlett for all my service needs on my Acadia since 2017. Over those years it has taken longer for the same type of service. It is obvious the service department either has increased business or slowed service possibly to fewer technicians. On other vehicles in the family I have used non dealer services. They are quicker. I am a loyal customer and I bring this up as feedback for your consideration. In the last couple of years I am having to leave my vehicle overnight.

Since purchasing my 2025 1500 Seria Denali truck, I have complained about the engine, transmission and ride quality. The engine feels like it’s missing and the transmission gearing is not shifting smoothly. I have taken it to the dealer 3 times and their response is, that just how the 6.2 engine works. That is an unacceptable response when I have a 6.2 engine in my 2024 Escalade that runs fine. I am totally dissatisfied with this purchase and I am expecting GMC to correct the problem or provide me with a vehicle that runs like a new vehicle should.

The service department. Nobody called to let me know they checked out my vehicle that day. I had to call to find out not really friendly and still did not tell me anything but they will call me 3 ahead of me. The next day it was 15 ahead of me. So,I call the manager and found out what was wrong and waiting on a part. The service guy could said that to start off the first time instead being rude. This is not the first time.

Great experience!! On a whim, I had to make a service call on a transmission issue that I was trying to get diagnosed. In doing so, I was directed to George, the service manager, for a test drive to see what my issues were. George was very gracious and took time to test drive the truck with me immediately. Upon the test drive, me thinking worst cast in needing a new transmission, George mentioned that he felt the fluid levels were either high or low. We brought the truck back to the shop where the fluid levels were checked. As he mentioned, the fluid level was abnormally high causing the issue. A service tech drained it down to the correct levels and the transmission has been working better ever since. Great gratitude for George taking time to help me quickly, as well as being patient through all the nervous questions I had - which was many with the $6,000 potential issue I had set in my mind. George showed curtesy, professionalism and was very knowledgeable on the issues at hand. I can't think him enough for his help and speediness of helping me through this. On that day, I had interaction with one Bramlett employee. That one will ensure Bramlett gets first call on anything in the future. Again, HUGE thank you to George and the Bramlett team for all they did on that day. I'll certainly be back!!!
